§ 10-2. Application.

  • An application for any amendment shall contain a description and/or statement of the present and proposed zoning regulation or district boundary to be applied, the names and addresses of the owner or owners of the lot in question, and the use of each adjacent property. Such application shall be filed with the secretary of the planning commission not later than ten (10) days prior to the commission's meeting at which the application is to be considered. The planning commission will not reconsider said application, if denied by the city council, for a period of twelve (12) months.
